The implementation of the principal's job training program is related to the recruitment of teaching staff at SDN Bucor Kulon I. One of the key players in this regard is the principal, who is the manager of educational management and technology responsibilities and who believes that he will be able to manage faculty resources through methods such as teacher certification examinations, professional training courses, and awarding student scholarships. The words «principal and school» are combined to become «principal». The teacher can be called the chairman or leader in an organization, but the school is an institution whose main task is to carry out the teaching process. Learning is the cornerstone of all academic activities; it takes some form of interaction between students and teachers to ensure that each student has the necessary academic, economic, social, and ethical skills.
