Good communication generally uses good communication with the process of planning, organizing, and controlling various elements. in daily activities in leading an institution in order to achieve effectiveness in performance. By using a form qualitative method that conveys messages focused on job performance, the results of employee performance are quite good. This communication is more centered on the communicator's desire to share information with the communicants about the scheduling of procedures, tasks, rules and tasks implemented in the organization.
