Analisis maqasid al-syari‘ah terhadap standar nafkah berorientasi gaya hidup dan keharmonisan rumah tangga pasangan muda di Banda Aceh
Abstract
Perubahan gaya hidup pasangan muda telah memperluas makna nafkah dari kebutuhan pokok menuju kebutuhan digital, perawatan diri, rekreasi, dan mobilitas. Kondisi ini dapat menimbulkan masalah ketika standar kebutuhan melebihi kemampuan ekonomi dan memengaruhi keharmonisan rumah tangga. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis standar nafkah berorientasi gaya hidup pada pasangan muda di Banda Aceh berdasarkan maqasid al-syari‘ah. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan melibatkan 10 pasangan muda melalui wawancara semi-terstruktur dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa standar nafkah bersifat fleksibel dan dipengaruhi kebutuhan keluarga, kemampuan ekonomi, pengelolaan pendapatan, kontribusi ekonomi istri, serta gaya hidup. Enam pasangan berada dalam kondisi cukup, sedangkan empat pasangan memiliki pengeluaran melebihi pendapatan. Keharmonisan tidak hanya dipengaruhi kecukupan nafkah, tetapi juga komunikasi, kesepakatan, dan kemampuan menyesuaikan kebutuhan dengan kondisi finansial. Dalam perspektif maqasid al-syari‘ah, kebutuhan gaya hidup menjadi maṣlaḥah apabila kebutuhan utama telah terpenuhi dan pengeluaran tetap proporsional, tetapi berubah menjadi maḍarat apabila menimbulkan defisit, utang, pemborosan, atau konflik.
