Archiving Policy
Archiving Policy
Al-Khidmah: Jurnal Pengabdian Masyarakat is committed to ensuring the availability, integrity, security, and continued accessibility of all published scholarly articles.
1. Digital Archiving
All published articles are stored in the Open Journal Systems (OJS) platform, including article files, metadata, author information, volume, issue number, and bibliographic information.
2. Data Backup
The journal administrators perform data backups using H Panel at a frequency of 5–7 days.
Backups include the database and publication files in accordance with the journal system management procedures.
3. Long-Term Preservation
Asy-Syariah Journal uses Hostinger services to support the sustainable preservation of scientific content.
4. Self-Archiving by Authors
Authors may store and disseminate articles through institutional repositories or other academic platforms, provided they comply with the article’s license and cite the original publication source.
5. Long-Term Access
The journal management strives to ensure that published articles remain accessible even in the event of system changes, platform migrations, or technical disruptions.
